I don't know if this counts as a quote, since I'm just quoting myself but its:
"It's OK to make mistakes, that's how we learn. "
This is and always has been the mantra in my classroom. After all, if kids are afraid to make mistakes, how will they try anything new, or difficult? Besides, I have to have an *excuse* for why I'm always making so many mistakes!
