Ok, so most of you that read this know John and by knowing him have the understanding of how absolutely amazing and wonderful he is. Today was a great example of that! He baked over 275 cookies for my primary activity because I am a space cadet. He hung up most of the outdoor Christmas lights, he brought me lunch at school because I forgot to take it with me, he comforted me as he told me my Grandma passed away this morning, he went grocery shopping, he took care of our internet issues, he paid bills, he cooked ribs all day, and that is just the stuff I know about! So this is just a little post to his greatness, and to make you all covet his ribs! I know after seeing these pictures you're going to want to eat them! They were so yummy and perfectly complimented by the garlic bread, mac and cheese, and green beans. I sure do love my husband. And often I wonder... How did I get so lucky?

Awww...he's so awesome!!! I'm glad that things are going well for you and that John's so supportive. I'm sorry to hear about your grandma. I'll be praying for your family.
I'm happy to hear that there are more great husbands out there just like mine. I do send you my condolences in regards to your grandma. I hope you have happy memories with/of her.
Please tell your most wonderful husband to make those ribs for us:) So sorry about your Grandma. But I am glad that you are able to go and help with her funeral. You are pretty wonderful yourself.
Love those ribs! Your husband is good like my grandfather is. They always manage to cook a good dinner no matter what. Sorry to hear about your grandma and if I can help let me know.
John really was always the master chef! Looks killer!
I completely agree, John is Awesome!
He always has been, that's why I love him so much. Sorry about your grandma Erika. John called and told me. Your family is in our prayers. Drive safe this weekend and let us know when you get back, you know what a worry wart I am.
Seriously-John could win some sort of AMAZING award for his awesome husbandness! We've got to find some way to niminate him for something! That is so awesome. Also, as soon as Steve gets home, I am referring him to this post! Never hurts to "put a bug" in someone's ear!
Anyway, I am so glad you have him to help you through the hard times! You are blessed!
Oh, and the next time he prepares this EXACT meal, just so you are both aware-The Peterson's need to know about it and you need to set some extra place settings around your table. HOLY COW!
Um, NOMINATE-not NIMINATE. You got that right?
