Tuffy on the table

Tuffy always likes to be where he isn't supposed to be. This time he some how made it up onto the table. Again, we probably should have been mad... but it was just too darn cute to not take pictures of.

More fun things for Christmas

Well after recieving our Christmas presents our house looks a little different... here are some updates along with pictures from our first Christmas dinner that John cooked.


The Frei's gave us this rub on which says welcome to our home... I finally got John to hang the picture of us as well!


Kami is so talented... she designed and sewed this table runner for me! Isn't it cute! Thanks Kami!


My mom got me this moose.. he was very different from anything else I had. We found this tree to go with it at Ace hardware...(thank heaves for 80% off sales!)




Here we added a quote I've had for a while and had forgotten about... since this is the hallway where we have all our wedding pictures we thought it would be nice.




This was one of our gifts from Jenny and James.... after some adjustments it looks great ;)

Tuffy Tries Scrapbooking....

Well... as you can see... his attempt at scrapbooking only ended in a mess. I suppose we should have been mad... but we couldn't help taking pictures of him.... we were pulling little tape pieces off of him for at least 10 minutes.... then we thought we had them all and found more. Poor guy. I forgot how much he can climb now. Nothing is safe anymore!

The house now feels like Home!

Well I promised pictures of the house so here you go! It really does feel like home now. At first it just felt like staying at someone else's house that was really nice and I would have to go back to reality. After making the first mortgage payment... well it better be ours! We'll just leave it at that. I'm glad to have all the pictures taken though. Now I can remember how everything is supposed to look next year when I try and decorate without my mom!

This is the guest bathroom... or as my niece and nephew call it the duckie bathroom. We had to keep it for them since that was one of their favorite parts of coming to visit us!


This is the guest bedroom which will be used most often by me for my craft room. At the moment it is a wrapping station for all the presents since I'm doing sub for Santa this year. It's also where we keep all the pictures we get from all of you... I've been banned from putting them on the fridge!
